Since no individual practice could afford to offer the fantastic vacations featured in this web site, Dr. Rock has contributed to a contest fund to be able to make this opportunity available to new patients joining his practice through the Internet.

Your name will automatically be entered to win the current contest once you have completed your initial appointments.  Drawings for winners are held based on the size of the contest fund, typically once every nine to twelve months.   

No purchase necessary, one entry per person per day. If mailing entry, each entry must be mailed separately and received by the first of each quarter.
